I'm driven by the rhythm of making: refining, bringing order or beauty into existence, and turning something abstract into something real.

That shows up in my work as a design engineer, where I blend product design with engineering on the parts that make someone's day a little better. Right now that means making financial services feel more human, and helping designers build better systems through learndesign.systems.

What I love most is when all the pieces come together, when design, code, ideas, or materials fit, and something whole emerges. The medium doesn’t matter; the joy is in the process, the flow, and the clarity that creation brings.

My journey started at Bolt, where after trying a few different roles I realised I cared most about solving problems, building things, and shaping experiences. I focused on internal tools, design systems, and support experiences, which later took me to Overleaf and Digital Science. There, I spent more time shaping scalable systems and improving the daily experience for millions of users.

Away from work I spend time with my daughter, which is my constant reminder about the things that really matter.
